The team at Concord Collision is amazing. We had an incident with our vehicle and took it right over to them. Unlike most body shops, they were open on the weekend and gave us a quick estimate with an amazing price. We were booked in and updated throughout the process. The vehicle looked brand new as if nothing had happened. They even went above and beyond and washed our car before delivery. They also gave us a lifetime warranty on the work, reassuring us that they have confidence in their work. Truly professional, quality work and amazing service.

This place was recommended to me by the tow truck driver. I regret bringing my car to this centre. Not only did I have to bring the car back numerous times for continued repairs they kept missing, they didn’t reconnect the battery properly and my car malfunctioned for a week before I just took it to my own local mechanic who confirmed whoever serviced the vehicle last (concord collision) did not connect the battery properly. This place appears to be way too busy and are rushing repairs and missing things. For example, I was t-boned and they replaced my car door but completely missed the trunk which had caved in.My car still has things not right with it and the last thing their staff told me was not to worry too much because it’s a lease and the dealership won’t notice. Not impressed.

I WENT THERE Because of good reviews they had but I didn't get what my car needs so far ,it's a long waiting for still no answer .

Brought my car to body shop on March 20th and got it back on June 26th 2023- Lots of work needed to be done, Cindy helped me with extended car rental and communicated with the upmost positive customer service. Orders took a long time but out of reach to this body shop, my car looks brand new and lifetime warranty.

Huge thank you to Ramzy and the team for taking care of my car. Looks just as good as the day it rolled out of the showroom. Who said you need a new car when with a great paint job it can really brighten up a car like this. I highly recommend going to see them if you are considering a paint job, they really went over and above what I had expected and the results clearly show. Thank you again guys!
